Really good Hotel Experience!

The gym has plentiful equipment, including free weights and a yoga room. The pool area is spacious and offers varied views. My west-facing room allowed me to see lovely sunsets. The room service was also great.
I noticed there weren't enough drawers for unpacking in the wardrobe, and the hangers provided were insufficient.

The staff provided attentive assistance during check-out. Peace was particularly helpful and kind. She ensured I had a comfortable and efficient departure. The overall service was very helpful.

The club lounge suite was quite spacious at 1200 sq ft. it included two bedrooms and two bathrooms! there was a complimentary food tour and a bottle of red wine provided upon arrival. It was a nice touch. i particularly enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool. It offered amazing 360-degree views of the surroundings.

The room service was slow. I waited over an hour for a simple order. the sky bar was partially closed for a private event. This limited seating and drink options. It seemed like hotel guests were an afterthought. The server also had a constant nasal snorting problem. Not very appealing while serving food.

beautiful lobbyequipped gym
the hotel lobby was beautiful. i also especially liked the rooftop pool and the bar area beside it. i found the gym was big and well-equipped (i used the treadmill). breakfast had a wide range of options, a plus for me.
